Rolling Jubilee
Working with colleagues from Strike Debt, I built a crowdfunding website with the dual purpose of a) reducing American medical debt and b) educating consumers about their rights concerning debt repayment. The site quickly went viral with over half a million dollars donated within a few weeks.
Built mobile-first and fully responsive. Uses Google Drive API via Miso to pull content from a Google spreadsheet and populate Handlebars templates. By using Google Drive as a CMS, it's able to be hosted on GitHub pages for free.
